Emile Haddad is President of the Western Region of Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s leading home builders. The company is associated with such premier planned communities as The Bridges, Coto de Caza, Harveston, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia through Newhall Land & Farming, Windemere and Natomas. Lennar is also involved in several Navy base conversions such as Mare Island, Hunters Point, Treasure Island, Villages of Columbus at the Tustin Marine Air Station as well as Heritage Fields at the El Toro Marine Base. Mr. Haddad has more than 24 years of development experience in California and overseas. He has been with Lennar since its inception in California and is one of the team members who led the company’s growth. Mr. Haddad is a civil engineer by education and has several licenses in engineering and contracting in California. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and on the board of Home Aid of Orange County.
