Jay L. Kear
Jay L. Kear is a senior corporate executive with more than 40 years of experience in high technology. His areas of expertise include sales, marketing, engineering, and general management. He has managed four high technology companies as President/CEO and several as Vice President. He has worked with startups as well as Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Kear has taken his leadership skills to his position as a Board of Director for more than 25 organizations over the course of three decades.
