Sam Auriemma is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of MSC Software Corporation, responsible for overseeing global accounting, finance and investor relations activities for the leading global provider of integrated enterprise simulation solutions.  A seasoned software industry veteran with more than 25 years of accounting and corporate finance experience, Mr. Auriemma has served as CFO for six different companies; most recently, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of FileNet Corporation, which was acquired by IBM in October 2006.  Mr. Auriemma is a certified public accountant and a graduate of USC.  Sam and his wife Pamela live with their four children in South Orange County.
